Standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Express delivery is 1–2 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Yes — express shipping is available at checkout for both domestic and international orders. Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and chosen service.
Duties and taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the customer for international orders. These are not collected at checkout. Charges vary by country — please check with your local customs office.
Prices display in your local currency where supported. The final transaction is converted by your card issuer at the prevailing rate.
International deliveries can be delayed by customs processing, local courier handover, or seasonal volume. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email hello@humanerror.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track directly through the carrier's website using that number.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to register movement after dispatch. If there's no update after 3 business days, email hello@humanerror.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Check with neighbours, building reception, and any safe-drop locations. If still missing after 24 hours, email hello@humanerror.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order enters fulfilment and cannot be modified. Email hello@humanerror.com immediately if you need to update.
We're sorry to hear that. Email hello@humanerror.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Some orders ship in multiple parcels and may arrive separately. Check your shipping confirmation for additional tracking numbers. If a parcel is genuinely missing, email hello@humanerror.com with your order number.
