Yes — all prices on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for orders shipped within Australia. International orders are exclusive of duties and taxes at the destination, which are the customer's responsibility.
Yes — AfterPay is available at checkout for orders over the minimum threshold, with no interest if paid on time. Standard AfterPay terms apply.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters fulfilment and can no longer be changed. Email hello@humanerror.com immediately if you need to make changes.
Yes. All prices displayed for Australian customers include 10% GST. Your tax invoice is included in the order confirmation email.
Standard domestic shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is 1–2 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase from our Melbourne studio. For full details visit our shipping page.
Yes — express is available at checkout for both domestic and international orders. Same-day dispatch cut-off is 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes at the destination are the customer's responsibility.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post or StarTrack.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final and not eligible for return. Full details are on our returns page.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount over 20% are final and not eligible for return or exchange — except where required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. a faulty product).
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or dry flat — tumble drying shortens the life of the fabric. Do not iron directly on prints. Full care instructions are on the garment label and product page.
Organic cotton, linen blends, and recycled fibres. Exact composition is listed on each product page under the fabric tab.
We're sorry to hear that. Email hello@humanerror.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
