Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Full-price items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks, scents, and pet hair. Underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code over 20% are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items received outside that window may be refused at our discretion.
Email hello@humanerror.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you a return label within 1 business day.
For domestic returns, we cover the return shipping cost. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return items in their original packaging where possible. Ensure all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly. We recommend a tracked service so you can confirm delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end. In those cases, we will refund the full order including shipping.
Yes — note your preference in your return email and we will issue store credit instead of refunding to your original payment method. Store credit does not expire.
If 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and it has not appeared, email hello@humanerror.com with your order number and we will investigate with our payment processor.
Yes — note your preferred size in your return email and we will process the exchange once your original item is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We do not offer direct item-to-item exchanges. To swap for a different style, return your original item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.
If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item or process a full refund — your choice.
